About Us
First and foremost we are the parents of dedicated athletes who are obsessed with the sport of volleyball. Prior to having our lives taken over flying all over the country for years to go to all things volleyball related, we were a group of parents, with kids who needed to market themselves, and had no idea where to start. In growing through this process with our own children, we began to connect with others in the same situation and over time realized we each had substantial talents in areas that were vital to the at times overwhelming endeavor of marketing young athletes through the recruiting process. With decades of experience in Administration, Hiring, Graphic Design, Analysis, Marketing and Business, our team developed organically as we worked to help our own children, and the athletes and parents around us. Over time, word of our assistance took off and thus VolleyMoms was formed!
At VolleyMoms, we know the hectic schedules. Between practices, tournaments, school, and extracurriculars, and the shuttling to and from from these events, families are more crunched for time than ever before. We also know that there are so many different options and platforms for marketing that it can become overwhelming and time consuming. It is our goal is that by using our service, we can take the time consuming editing tasks off our customer's shoulders. We are committed to helping young athletes market themselves as they strive to reach their volleyball goals in a way that showcases their unique personalities with products made with love from the VolleyMoms.
Our Story
Our journey began when two best friends decided to fall in love with the sport of volleyball. As the girls continued to find success on and off the court, their moms began to find ways support their kids' love for volleyball. We quickly realized that there was a need for these young athletes to share their endeavors and gain exposure, and so the hunt began to find the very best information and resources to help our athletes. Unfortunately, the conflicting messages abounded! It's important that these athletes should market themselves, so they're able to find the right fit for them, but the parents should also pay thousands of dollars to multiple sites claiming they are the only ones that can help your athlete. And, if you do pay the astronomical fees to have the assistance of these companies, the marketing you get from them treats your child like they're just another number. If your kids are anything like our kids, they live on their phones, but have little understanding of how to translate their personality into a brand they can market.
In doing the research, and combining that with the lessons learned from hundreds of volleyball families in the community, and gathering experts in the fields of business, marketing, graphic design and most importantly, VOLLEYBALL, we have assembled a team to make simple, affordable solutions to help your athlete take control of their recruiting, with products that highlight what makes your athlete unique, and provides a way for your athlete's personality to shine through while allowing them more time to focus on the reason they started this journey in the first place- playing volleyball!
